Kindly reset your password after your first login. Once logged in, click 'Make a Reservation' to book your slot. Please be informed that a one time registration fee of RM 10/account is payable to aerosim.MY .

Experience our A32X Fixed Based Flight Simulator that offer true to life experience. Our simulator is equipped with Instructor Operating Stations (IOS), Flight Data Analysis and AI CBTA Report. Thats make us difference from the others.

Absolutely. Depending on the type of session conducted, the weather will be adjusted accordingly to custom weather or Real-Time weather as per Real-World-Weather.

In general, we do not accept walk-in booking. This is due to the instructors and staff availability are varies and one session typically can take up to 2-Hours which makes walk-in impratical. To ensure your slot reservation, Please proceed for booking at least 48 Hours prior to your session to avoid dissappointment.

aerosim.MY starts early as 1000am and can be extended to odd hours as late as 0200am during peak seasons. There is no specific days aerosim.MY open or close. We are only open when there is a confirmed Booking made subject to availability of instructors and/or staff.

Subjects to operational schedules, you can extend the session up to 45mins with an additonal fee.

You can make a booking as early as 1 Month and deposit of 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% balance shall be paid 48Hours before session. Failure to do so, session will be mark as pending and slot will be released to other clients.

aerosim.MY ensures database updated as per real-life cycle. Any discrepancy will be highlighted to clients prior and/or during the session.

We accept payment through MAE,GrabPay,ShopeePay and any other E-Wallet. Credit Card payment can be made through E-Wallet provider.

Absolutely. Please contact us for more arrangement. We will provide best package that suits your needs.

Pre-flight briefing will be allocated should your session package is included. An additional fee is applicable if you requested for pre-flight briefing when it is not allocated.

Yes. Booking can be transfer for up to one (1) time only. One time registration fee will be applicable if the new client is not registered previously.

Any reschedule request shall be made 48hours prior to your original session and subject to staff and/or instructors availablity of the new date. There will be also reschedule fee each time of request. Any request after 48hours will be deemed as No-Show.

Most of the booking are charged per session. For example, Base Check package consists of 2 Hours session. You can fly with your own SIM Partner and the payment is still the same. There is no additional fee for other client except for registration fee.

On the other hand, there are certain package charged per Person. For example, Cadet Package. Both of the clients must book same Cadet Package.
