1.4 Booking Policies
1.4.1 Booking Rescheduling Policy
Introduction: This policy outlines our terms regarding bookings made with aerosim.MY. We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate your needs as much as possible.
Payment terms: Booking payment must be made within 24 hours to avoid slot cancellation.
No Refund Statement: All bookings made with us are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Rescheduling Option: We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we offer the option to reschedule your booking for a future date or time, subject to the following conditions:
Advance Notice: To reschedule a booking, you must provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the originally scheduled date to a Maximum of 90 days.
Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred rescheduled date and time, but we cannot guarantee availability.
How to Reschedule: To request a rescheduling, please contact our customer support team at admin[at]aerosim.my Or through manage my booking at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled booking. Provide your booking details, and we will assist you in selecting a suitable alternative date and time.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your booking and do not provide advance notice, your booking will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or refund options will be available.
Late Arrival Policy: If a customer arrives late for a scheduled booking or appointment, the time will be counted as per the original booking. However, the customer may still utilize the remaining time of the session. We recommend that customers arrive on time to make the most of their scheduled sessions.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify this booking rescheduling policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website
