Introduction: At aerosim.MY, we are committed to providing exceptional service. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of a booking or appointment made with us. In such cases, we want to ensure that our customers are treated fairly and have the following options available:

Cancellation by aerosim.MY: If we need to cancel a booking or appointment for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible. In this event, you will have the following options:

Option A: Full Refund.We will provide you with a full refund of any payments made for the canceled booking or appointment. The refund will be processed promptly using the original payment method in 14 working days.

Option B: Reschedule.You can choose to reschedule your booking or appointment for a future date and time that is convenient for you. We will make every effort to accommodate your rescheduling request based on availability.

Disruptions During Training: In the rare event of training disruptions due to issues such as projector faults, simulator faults, or technical difficulties, we will take the following actions:

• If the disruption lasts less than 30 minutes, we will replace the time lost due to the disruption.

• If the disruption lasts more than 30 minutes, we will add an extra 1 hour to your training session.

Customer Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the cancellation via the contact information provided at the time of booking. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate smooth communication.

No Additional Compensation: In the event of a cancellation by aerosim.MY, no additional compensation, reimbursement, or liability beyond the options outlined in this policy will be provided.

Customer's Responsibility: If you choose to reschedule, it is your responsibility to contact us promptly to arrange a new booking or appointment date and time. Failure to do so may result in the expiration of your rescheduling option.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
